28th December 2011 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: W Wind Stength: 25-30 knots Surf / Sea State: 2-3 foot messy surf Air Temperature: 8°C Sea Temperature: 9°C Weather: Sunny spells Max Speed: Distance Covered: Good session with AndyW and Steve. Well powered if a little over-powered at times Keith my 5m and little wave board. Plenty of jumps but not ideal for it so it was mainly about blasting about in the white water with some long 3-4 mile blasts from Ynyslas to Borth and back. Plenty of kite-surfers out too, including Spooker, Neal, Neil, Andy and Dunk. Not too cold out there really for this time of year and we stayed on the water non-stop for about 3 hours so pretty tired by the end of it all. Looks like. Ore of the same tomorrow as well if I have the time and energy. |
